How does the airport pick-up work?
You receive your driver's number on WhatsApp before landing. If you wish, the driver waits at the arrivals exit of Félix Éboué airport with a sign showing your name: just say so in the comments of your booking.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight using the number given at booking. The pick-up time is adjusted to your actual landing time.
Can the price change during the ride?
No. The price given at booking is firm for the requested trip, whatever the traffic.
How do I pay?
Online when you book, by card, on myPOS's secure payment page. Your booking is confirmed immediately by e-mail. For rides on quote (other town, more than 4 passengers), payment is made in the vehicle or by payment link.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
The amount paid is non-refundable. You can reschedule your ride once, free of charge, by writing to us on WhatsApp up to 48 h before the scheduled time. If your flight is cancelled by the airline, the amount is kept as a credit valid for 12 months.
Do you carry groups?
Yes, from 5 to 55 passengers. The price matches the vehicle category needed for your group: 9, 16, 30 or 55 seats.
Is Cayenne airport the same as Rochambeau?
Yes. Cayenne Félix Éboué airport, located in Matoury, was formerly called Cayenne-Rochambeau (IATA code CAY). All our transfers start from its arrivals area or drop you at the departures hall.

I have a transport voucher from my airline, do you accept it?
