Airline transport voucher: your taxi at Félix Éboué
Delayed or cancelled flight, missed connection, crew to take to the hotel: the airline gave you a ground transport voucher. We accept it, you have nothing to pay, and a driver answers right away.
Airlines whose vouchers we accept
- Air France, flights to Paris Charles de Gaulle and Paris Orly, Fort-de-France, Pointe-à-Pitre, Belém
- Air Caraïbes, flights to Paris Orly and the French West Indies
- Guyane Express Fly, domestic flights to Maripasoula, Saül, Grand-Santi and Camopi

How it works
- You receive your transport voucher at the airline's counter or from its ground handler.
- You send us a photo of the voucher on WhatsApp, or you call us. A driver tells you where he is waiting, at the arrivals exit.
- You hand the voucher to the driver. He takes you to the address on the voucher: hotel, home, Cayenne hospital, Kourou. Nothing to pay.
Day and night, 7 days a week, including night flights from Paris and early morning departures. Vehicles for up to 4 passengers with luggage, minibuses for groups and crews.

Listed on the official taxi list of Félix Éboué airport, with a taxi parking licence, VTC registration and a domestic transport licence. We take care of disrupted passengers (delay, cancellation, missed connection, diversion) and crews, at any hour, with a single contact reachable by phone.
